One year ago i had a car accident and that resulted in fracturing my left arm which affected my wrist since I lost a muscle and cut in arm nerve. cause of this accident I lost 20 KG of my muscle weight but I came back fighting and I have gained 25 KG of my muscle weight. I really wished to compete at bodybuilding competitions in Egypt. but I wasn't accepted due to my arm accident. However, now I have traveled to Malaysia and I'm entering a competition representing Egypt and my gym which i train in so excuse is nothing if u want something go move your ass and get what you want. no one will help u people don't care about you and I have been training since i was 14 and now am 19. Its not like a couple of surgeries and wounds that heals kinda thing, I'm still suffering that arm accident till now. Guess what? I lift those heavy ass weights with only 2 fingers cause I can't close my other fingers. They're straight 24/7 can you imagine? Just cut it out no excuse. You want something, you go for it. Period.I've been told by so many I can't do it with that arm, but here i am Almost there Reaching my dream So when someone says that you can't do something punch them in the face like really! don't listen to such bullsh*t. Be stubborn when it comes to your goals
