Kiteboarding, an amazing action sport! 🚀You can ride fast, jump high and even fly only because of the power of the wind. Nevertheless, you don’t need strong arms. Have you ever asked yourself how this is possible? 🤔

The answer is the harness. 🌟It connects the rider with the kite so that you hold the power with your whole body instead of only with your arms. 🙆🏾‍♂️

In general, there are two types of harnesses:
☝🏾Waistharness – advanced orientated 🔜 I'll explain it in a live video soon
✌🏾Seatharness – beginner orientated

The most important thing is to find the right harness. One that feels comfortable for you and supports your back.

My own Waistharness is a Hardshell Mystic, for me it is the perfect fit because it feels good and has the perfect support for my back muscles and my spine. I can totally recommend it! 🤍
