So one of our biggest fears is going through a PLATEAU ๐
Whether youโve stalled in your weight loss journey, strength training, or some other fitness benchmark, here is some tips to tell you how to keep progressing.
A plateau occurs when you stall out on progress despite continuing to do โall of the right things,โ usually including eating right, exercising properly, getting , etc.
Our bodies go from losing weight consistently to getting stuck at a certain number. Or we go from building muscle and getting stronger, to having a week or two where we canโt seem to lift anything heavier.
We call this point in our training โThe Plateau,โ and we donโt like being stuck on them.
So here is some tips how to overcome this:
1) Shock your workout either by changing the resistance training system your are going through or changing the angle, grip, order, reps ,sets, order of the workout.๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
2) Adjust your diet.
3) REST! ๐งโโ๏ธ
Remeber physiology have a big rule in this so Accept that we have bad weeks.๐๐ป

Dears ,
As COVID-19 situation is evolving and according to the governmentโs decree of suspending education for two weeks.
Also as your safety is our main concern in slim & tone we decided on suspending all slim & tone classes (fitness-yoga-zumba) for two weeks effective from Today 16th of March.
Please stay home and stick to the safety measures.
