A fun beautiful and calming pose! We will use the wall as a prop optimizing our shoulderstand and we will be trying different variations of the pose 🤸🏽♂️
Working towards shoulderstand we will focus on:
▫️Elongating the hamstring
▫️strengthening the legs muscles
▫️strengthening the core muscles
▫️widening the shoulders
