One of the most powerful moments was coming across this simple yet profound affirmation: "You're enough." In the midst of all that we do, this is the reminder we all need—to keep going, to trust our journey, and to know that who we are is already more than enough.

Huge appreciation to ICF Egypt Chapter for bringing us together in such a meaningful way and to Ahl Masr Burn Hospital for their incredible mission. Grateful to be part of a community that uplifts, empowers, and makes a difference.

Executive coaching and performance coaching is on demand since 2020, the market is more and more open and adopting the coaching..

One of the buzzwords and more and more future demanded is team coaching, when you work with teams on their contexts, as a single entity, working on their patterns and supporting them to develop as one entity, and become aware of their primary and secondary processes.

With Icf Doha Chapter we will be talking about Team Coaching, with focus on working with the team as a single entity.. and looking at how ICF Competencies is supporting coaches, and leaders to work with their teams using the ICF Team Coaching Competencies.

This happens as part of the International Coaching Week.

In Wednesday 15th of May 2024 - 3:00PM Cairo Time, KSA Time, we will delve into the "Dimensions of Systems" and how it can support the coaches to grow, with their client by identifying different dimensions unlooked, unnavigated in coaching sessions.
This session isn't about judgment, but about continuous growth. We'll delve into the dynamic between ourselves and the ecosystems we navigate as coaches. We'll explore the hidden forces that trigger our behaviors, shaping how we interact within these systems.
Together, we'll uncover the dimensions influencing our coaching presence and understand what brings out our best (and sometimes worst) selves. By the end, we'll have a clearer picture of how these systems function – how alignment and acceptance unlock the full potential of a coaching ecosystem.
Remember, this is a safe space for exploration. We're all here to support each other's journey towards becoming better coaches.
