Good hydration means getting the right amount of water before,during and after exercise.
Benefits of water in exercise :
1-regulates your body and lubricate your joints.
2-transport nutrients and keep you healthy.
3- help you to perform at high level.
4-prevent muscle fatigue, cramps and dizziness.
There are some rules to be well hydrated at training:
1- drink 17 to 20 ounce of water 2:3 hrs before exercise
2-drink 8 ounce 30 minutes through warming up.
3- drink 7 to 10 ounce every 20 minutes.
4- drink 8 ounce through 30 minutes after exercise.
1 ounce=28 ml
