We’re Hiring: Studio Administrator
Shakti Yoga & Wellness is looking for a presentable, organized, and wellness-oriented Studio Administrator to join our team.
Working Hours:
🕕 Daily from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
📅 Friday off
Responsibilities:
Managing class bookings and memberships through our app and booking system
Adding, updating, and adjusting classes on the system when needed
Responding to WhatsApp and social media messages professionally and promptly
Organizing and updating the monthly class schedule with teachers
Tracking attendance and basic administrative records
Supporting smooth daily studio operations
Welcoming clients and maintaining a calm, professional studio environment
Requirements:
University graduate
Presentable, friendly, and professional attitude
Interest in wellness, yoga, or holistic lifestyle
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Previous admin or customer service experience is a plus
