Random Thoughts #3
Bend so you don't break, they say. we always care about achieving flexibility in yoga and pushing towards it pose after pose.
Even though flexibility posture looks great in photos, they might not be what your body needs. And overdoing it might injure you instead of being beneficial.
Achieving the balance between all aspects of life is what you should aim for. The balance between strength & flexibility, work & social life, Yin & yang is the only way to find your happily ever after.

Random Thoughts:
I have been always fascinated by the idea of the gates how they can define things and how they act as pathways not only between physical places but between different states and even different emotions.
We encounter gates daily without even noticing them but you will always feel the difference when you walk through a gate to your home.

We are always waiting for new starts & new beginings. We always procrastinate and wait for the beginning of the month, week, day or even an hour.
But new starts are not always available. So at the start of this new year, I wish that everyone appreciate it and start aiming for whats they want, dream and deserve.

In order to take this shot, i was asked to hold this inversion for 30 seconds for the camera to collect the light from these far away stars.
And in the stillness everything slowed down and i found peace and serienty. Stillness gave me time to be more aware of my surroundings and those 30 seconds seamed like eternity.
I was there harnessing the energy from those stars creating a perfect memory of this moment as the camera collecting their light creating the perfect photo of them. And for a seconed there i felt conneted with the entire universe.
