Every Tuesday 6.15-7.30pm
First class 31st March.

Bellydance is back!
Classes for beginners start 11.15am, The Ace Maadi
100le for 1hr 15min class.
Ladies only.
Whether you want to get fit, be able to hold your own on the floor at a wedding or hafla, build some core strength or just hang out with some fun women while we shake what we've got and have a laugh, then this class is for you!
All ages and fitness levels welcome!
Wear comfortable clothes (I dance barefoot, but you can wear soft shoes if you prefer)
We all usually stay on for lunch together afterward too- come along and join our 'ladies who lunch' gang. It's all very relaxed.
