Sports & Justice Law Firm announces the launch of a legal support program for female athletes across Africa and the Middle East, under the “Aware Female Athletes” initiative founded by Counselor Shimaa El Daly , International Sports Lawyer and Co-Founder of the firm.

في قرار قانوني هام داخل المملكة العربية السعودية 🇸🇦

نجح فريقنا القانوني بقيادة المستشار/ إسلام هشام، المحامي الرياضي الدولي، في الحصول على قرارين لصالح موكلينا اللاعبين/ عزام البيشي ومحمد الشلوي، صادرين عن غرفة فض المنازعات بالمملكة العربية السعودية، ضد نادي الوحدة الرياضي، وذلك على خلفية قيام النادي بفسخ التعاقد دون سبب مشروع.

In a significant legal decision within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

Our legal team, led by international sports lawyer Mr. Islam Hisham , successfully obtained two decisions in favor of our clients, players Azzam Al-Bishi and Mohammed Al-Shalawi, issued by the Dispute Resolution Chamber in Saudi Arabia against Al-Wehda Sports Club. The decisions arose from a contractual dispute concerning the club’s unlawful termination of the players’ contracts without just cause.

Notre équipe juridique, dirigée par Maître Islam Hisham, avocat international spécialisé en droit du sport, a obtenu deux décisions en faveur de nos clients, les joueurs Azzam Al-Bishi et Mohammed Al-Shalawi, rendues par la Chambre de Résolution des Litiges en Arabie Saoudite, contre le club Al-Wehda. Ces décisions font suite à un litige contractuel relatif à la résiliation injustifiée des contrats des joueurs par le club, sans juste cause.
