Our Yoga classes
Friday 9 am : Sivananda yoga all levels
Saturday 6 pm: yoga for kids, 7 pm: hatha all levels
Sunday 6 pm: power vinyasa, 8 pm; Yin yoga
Monday morning at 7:30 am : hatha vinyasa, 6 pm: vinyasa flow
Tuesday 6pm: hatha all levels, 7:30 pm: restorative yoga and 9:15 pm: yoga nidra
Wednesday morning at 7:30 am : hatha vinyasa and 6 pm: yang yin yoga
thursday at 5:30 pm: ladies hatha level II
