١١ مارس ٢٠٢٣ الساعه ١٢ الا دقيقتين جاتلى مسدج سلام عليكم يا ك ربيع انا سيف خالد اتكلمنا مع بعض حوالى ١٠ دقايق بعتلى سباقات و دردشنا فى التفاصيل و توكلنا على الله اتفقنا نخلص من الاصابة الى للاسف ايام كتير كانت السبب اننا مننزلش المية و نحاول و نحاول و ندفع محاولات و نجرب لحد ما فى يوم فى شرم الشيخ قولتلو هو النهردا يا سيف و فى التتابع هنعملها هدفعلك التحطيم و نتوكل على الله انا يبني شايف ال ١٨ قدام عيني مرضيش اليوم دا و يشاء السميع العليم انه يحصل و طبعا الرقم ميتسجلش بعدها نعدى بشوية دروبات و شوية دلع و يشاء ربنا انه يراضينا ب ال ١٨ اخيرا فى الإمارات تفاصيل كتير و تعب كتير و خناقات و زعل و عصبية و تاخير للرقم لحكمة منعرفهاش و الحمد لله فضل الله كان كبير اوى اعتقد دى اول خطوة اننا نصدق ان عندنا سباحين ٥٠ يقدرو يروحو كمان لل ١٧ ان شاء الله كلة بالاجتهاد و التخطيط و الالتزام و الصبر ثم الصبر ثم الصبر
