About Gamify!:
Gamify! is the sports marketing arm of 30N Group, a multi-disciplinary media and innovation company operating across the MENA region and beyond.
We specialize in designing smart, tech-driven marketing strategies that connect athletes, clubs, sponsors, and fans in powerful new ways. Our work combines data, creativity, and commercial insight to deliver measurable impact — not just visibility.
As we expand into football, esports, and emerging sports platforms, our mission is to set a new benchmark for sports marketing in the region — grounded in intelligence, integrity, and long-term value.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage strategic relationships with clubs, leagues, athletes, and rights holders
- Structure and negotiate high-value partnerships across sponsorship, content, rights, and technology
- Represent Gamify! in meetings, forums, and key industry events across the region
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to shape Gamify!’s partnership and growth strategy
- Contribute to developing internal tools, processes, and teams as the business scales
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in sports business, partnerships, commercial rights, or sponsorship strategy
- A strong and relevant network in football, esports, or sports media, ideally within the MENA region
- Proven success in structuring and closing commercial deals
- Experience working with agents, rights holders, federations, or sports sponsors
- Strategic thinking paired with excellent communication and relationship skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a major advantage

- You operate with clarity, confidence, and calm under pressure
- You’re commercially savvy and understand how to translate relationships into results
- You’ve seen the gaps in traditional sports marketing — and want to build a better way
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and value autonomy, responsibility, and impact
