Holistic Belly Dance,

Physical; fitness is the most fun part of it. Emotional; healing and well-being. Intellectual; explore an ancient culture. Spiritual; meditate and be present.
Grounding and balancing routines to Desert Rose by Sting and Cheb Mami, with detailed hands-on technique starting from the feet up to end with mindfulness and meditation.

enjoyable fitness-oriented belly dance routines that will leave you uplifted and empowered. You will follow easy to challenging repetitive dance steps like in Zumba but gentler on the body especially the legs. There will be 4 Arabic and English exciting songs including Hips don’t lie by Shakira.

It is a 6 or 12 hours course over 3 weeks, on Sundays and/or Mondays, evening, Pulse8 from 6 to 7 pm and Holistic is from 7:00 to 8:00 pm, starting the 15th and/or 16th of August. Plus, a free one hour ZOOM session and a free meet and great tea party once TBC. 800 LE each 6 hours course or the two courses for 1500le
