Your Form Matters More Than the Weight ππ»ββοΈ
One of the biggest mistakes people make is lifting heavy before mastering the basics. Poor form doesnβt only slow results β it increases injury risk.
When you control your movement, feel the muscle working, and execute every rep intentionally, you get better strength, better growth, and better posture.
Donβt chase heavier weight; chase better technique. Once your form is locked in, the strength naturally follows.
