Vanguard Squad - MMA

a wide variety of fighting techniques and skills, from a mixture of other combat sports, to be used in competitions. The rules allow the use of both striking as well as grappling techniques, both while standing and while on the ground. Such competitions allow fighters of different backgrounds to compete. Our system is a mixture of a Muay-Thai kick-Boxing Boxing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling. There will be a version of sports-fighting and street-fighting plus strength classes (Guerilla Strength), Fitness n Army workout sessions (Hard core Fitness), Abs & Bags, and Yoga. We are interested in teaching everyone to fight and we teach those who fight to fight better...we build fighters from the bottom up. No horse gets anywhere until he is harnessed. No stream or gas drives anything until it is confined. No Niagara is ever turned into light and power until it is tunneled. And no life ever grows great until it is focused, dedicated, disciplined. Our fighters joins the SQUAD as rough as sand, we put them under pressure until they are changed into diamonds...! There are no machines in Vanguard Squad ...We are not a Gym this is a SQUAD...you are the machine…! With Vanguard Squad not only will you train inside our facility, you’ll train in the desert on burning sands. You’ll break rocks in stone pits. You’ll workout on the beach, and in the water. The way we train is hardcore and intense, inside the SQUAD you'll learn to believe in your abilities step by step... You work hard to get good and then work hard to get better. You'll be amazed at the energy that comes out of you. Now the question is, Are you ready for this journey are you ready to cross the burning sands in search of strength, fitness, and glory?
