4 exercises and your injury is gone in a week? We wish it worked that way. 👀

MYTH ❌: There’s one “best exercise” for every injury.
FACT ✔️: The best exercise is the one that matches your condition, capacity, and stage of recovery.

That’s why physiotherapy and rehabilitation start with a proper assessment—not a random list of exercises.

With a herniated disc, the goal isn’t to chase a “perfect” scan.

The real goal of physiotherapy and rehabilitation is to reduce pain, improve movement, manage symptoms, and help you get back to your normal activities. 💪

So instead of asking, “Will my disc go back into place?”
Ask, “Can I get back to my normal life?”

And with the right assessment and rehab plan, that’s exactly what we work towards.

Your back pain might not actually start from your back. 👀
Flat feet can affect the way your whole body moves, from your ankles and knees all the way up to your hips and lower back.

That’s why in physiotherapy, we assess the body as one connected system, not just where the pain shows up.

💬 Experiencing recurring knee, hip, or back pain?

📅 Book your assessment and let’s find where the problem really starts.

Ice can help reduce pain and swelling but it doesn’t always solve the problem.

If you’re relying on ice every time your injury flares up, ask yourself:
Are you managing the pain, or treating the cause?
Real recovery starts with understanding why the injury happened in the first place. That’s where physiotherapy and rehabilitation make the difference by addressing the root cause, improving movement, and helping prevent the injury from coming back.

📅 Book your physiotherapy assessment and start treating the cause, not just the symptoms.

From crutches to walking confidently again 💪
Carol, a gymnastics coach, came to The Physio with an ACL injury and two meniscus injuries. On her first visit, she was on crutches and struggling to walk properly.
Just a month and a half into her physiotherapy and rehabilitation journey, she was able to leave the crutches behind and walk much better. 🙌
For Carol, the progress speaks for itself and so does her trust in The Physio team. 💙
📅 Wherever you are in your recovery, we’re ready to help you move forward.

Not all pain means you should stop.
But not all pain should be pushed through either. 👀

✔️ Muscle fatigue and the normal burn from training can be part of building strength.

❌ Sharp pain, joint pain, or swelling can be your body telling you something isn’t right.

The key is knowing the difference.
In physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation, pain is a signal we assess, not something we simply ignore or push through.

💬 Not sure what your pain is telling you? Drop your questions in the comments.

📅 Book your physiotherapy assessment and train smarter, not harder.
