First of all and maybe it’s not really yoga hint 😉 this exercise is related more to 𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗰𝘀👇

Brush teeth with non-dominant hand (ex, left hand if you’re right-handed).
It’s turning on your brain 🧠

During such "gymnastics", the brain produces 𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻 - a substance that stimulates the formation of new nerve cells and connections between them.

And it turns you into more conscious state.

And please, take your time - don’t be in a hurry 🌪️


𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝘂𝗽:
Already while brushing teeth you can start to wake up muscles!

📌round head motion 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗹𝘆,
📌then shoulders,
📌straight spine in one line,
📌circle pelvis motions.

I prefer quiet morning, a kind of meditation for me

You can use music if you like 🔊 just remember to keep slowly rhythm


Make small daily routine a
