The whole country is teaming up to resist aggression. But is it enough to stop the war?

Elimination of the main variable of this war requires everyone’s help. Every one of us. We have to unite as a world to stand against aggression.

You’ve got much more influence than you can imagine. Require publicly your government to provide for the military and humanitarian aid and provide for the security in the air above Ukraine!

Every public call to end the war and maintain peace will become the source of strength of the spirit Ukrainians. Each message will draw the attention of the worldwide community to the war.

📍 Talk to the foreigners you know. Reach out to your friends abroad.

Urge them to unite and join protests. Or even create new ones!

До окончания регистрации на сквош кемп братьев Ашур ( а также на турнир 8 августа, который будет проводиться по RAM scoring system) осталось 5 часов.

Рады объявить об открытии регистрации на турнир братьев Ашур.
Все матчи будут проводится по системе подсчёта очков RAM scoring system. В начале турнира изобретатель системы Рами Ашур проведёт презентацию и даст детальную информацию о системе турнира.
Турнир будет проходит 8 августа на территории спорт клуба 5 элемент.
Внимание❗️ регистрация продлиться всего неделю, до 20 июня.

Technique matters🔝

Look at that wrist postion from Ramy- his TECHNIQUE definitely gave him some big advantages.
Going in short with virtually no backswing and then flattening the face to punch volleys deep as winners insead of just back into play.

We marvel 😍at what the top guys can do and of course talent is required in bucket-loads but there is AlWAYS a technical aspect to consider as well🏆🏆🏆
