ORFILA11 arquitectos s.l.p, has been, since its inception, developing its activities in the fields of architecture and town-planning with a clear focus on wholly integrated architectural projects. The highly-trained staff, led by Araceli Sanchez Leon and Jose Luis Vargas Diaz, both qualified architects, over the last ten years the company has grown continually and responded to new developments und
ertaken. Our headquarters are located right in the heart of the historical city of Seville and were designed by the renowned local architect, Rafael Espiau, in the street which bears the name of the company, housed in a building which is an example of modernist architecture in the city. In recent times we have expanded our area of operations, moving towards management of the building process, carrying out turnkey projects for jobs previously designed by our team. In a professional sphere we have maintained close working links with development companies as well as bidding on tenders with these and even with other architectural studios or engineers in order to collaborate on these different projects. Our modus operandi arises from dialogue with the client, the location and projects programme. We address the problems and look for possible solutions, building on what we solve, deciding the materials, the plans are finalised to create spaces where architecture appears. We remain close to the project’s idea and this is our guiding light until the building is completed. We work throughout Spain, though wish to participate in projects and work abroad, where we believe we could offer all of our highly-specialised capabilities.
