Scuba Torrevieja

BuZeo Torrevieja are organising a beach and reef clean on the 1st June, 9am. Cala del Salaret (next to Playa de los locos) in Torrevieja and we need your help!

We need people on the beach and in the water who want to give a little back to our natural environment. The last clean we did here, we picked up over 50kgs of plastic and fishing lines and we are on a mission to clear even more, but we need your help!

If you have a spare hour or two please come down and help us. Families and children encouraged too... It's good for kids to learn how to look after nature.

WE NEED BEACH GOERS, DIVERS, SURFERS, SNORKELLERS AND PADDLEBOARDERS!!!!

45 kilos de basuraleza son retirados de Punta del Salaret en Torrevieja La punta del Salaret, en el entorno de la playa de Los Locos,  ha sido objeto en estos días de una profunda limpieza por parte de voluntarios del club “Buzeo Torrevieja”. En torno a 45 kilos de basuraleza , tanto de tierra como del fondo marino, se han retirado gracias a esta iniciativa.

A huge thank you to everyone who made today possible...

We recovered the following human waste from the seas and beach...

❌Plastic 18kg
❌Cigarette butts 180 pieces
❌Metal 4kg
❌Glass 7kg
❌Cardboard/paper 3kg
❌Wood 7kg
❌Fishing leads
❌Other 2 kg
❌1 bucket of concrete
❌1 wheel

In total.. 🌟70kg🌟 less rubbish in the seas and on the beach at la Zenia today 🌅
