6 days at sea. 1,900 miles. Less than 2 miles separating the leaders. ⛵️⚡️

The Atlantic isn’t giving anyone a pass. From Liz Wardley spending an entire day inside a boom bag stitching a torn mainsail to Conrad Colman battling violent swells, every single crew is digging to the bottom of the barrel.

Now, a windless wall ahead threatens to reset the whole fleet. It’s anyone’s race to win. 🤯

The Atlantic is biting hard right now, and there’s zero rest for the fleet until they hit Lorient.

Soaking wet gear, freeze-dried meals, brutal watch schedules, and non-stop slamming against cold saltwater - comfort isn’t anywhere on the menu for our sailors right now. It takes a relentless kind of grit to push through these conditions day in and day out.

Send some serious love and warmth to the sailors battling it out on the water. 💪🫶🏻

Life onboard the IMOCA fleet during The Ocean Race Atlantic has gone from hard to harder.

Between dealing with foil damage after a high-speed strike to crews wearing helmets just to move around inside the boats, sleep is a luxury nobody can find right now. 😪

The Atlantic isn’t holding back - tough conditions mean zero rest for the fleet.

After an impact to the port foil at 25 knots caused a technical issue with their foil ram, had to pause, assess, and engineer an on-board solution.

Fast forward: ram secured, checks complete, and Malizia 4 is officially back at full power, charging after the leaders. High speeds, wild maintenance, zero downtime. This is offshore ocean racing. 👊⚡
