Lovely week spent in Spain with the family for little Croia’s christening 🇪🇸
Ego. Hatred. Excuses. Toxicity.
Different words - same outcome: you stay exactly where you are.
You don’t need more motivation.
You need higher standards.
Fix what you tolerate.
Feelings don’t build results… actions do.
You’re waiting to feel ready, motivated, switched on… that’s the mistake. That moment rarely comes.
The people who actually change their body, their life, their standard?
They move anyway.
Out of their head.
Into the work.
Because ticking it off on your worst day is worth more than perfection on your best.
If you think like everyone else, don’t expect a different life.
Most people don’t have opinions.
They have echoes.
They follow the crowd because it’s easier than thinking,
easier than risking being wrong,
easier than standing alone.
But average is built on comfort.
Having your own mind means:
– Making decisions without needing approval
– Backing yourself when it’s quiet
– Sticking to your standards when it’s inconvenient
– Being misunderstood for a while
You won’t be liked by everyone. Good.
That’s the cost of not being replaceable.
Think for yourself. Or accept a life of comfort.
Everyone talks about outcomes.
No one takes ownership of inputs.
Your life right now is a reflection of what you repeatedly do:
Health → what you eat, how you train, how you sleep
Mood → what you consume, who you’re around, how you speak to yourself
Work ethic → what you do when no one’s watching
Experiences → what you say yes and no to
Mindset → the standards you refuse to drop
Peace → what you stop tolerating
You don’t rise to goals.
You fall to your systems.
Fix the inputs. Everything else follows.

Most people don’t fail because they’re inconsistent
They fail because their plan only works when life is going well
And let’s be honest
your life isn’t always like that
You’ve got work
stress
things pulling your attention all day
So when your plan expects you to be perfect
eat perfectly
train perfectly
feel motivated all the time
it’s already set up to fail
That’s why you keep falling off
Not because you don’t care
but because what you’re following doesn’t fit your life
The goal isn’t to be perfect
It’s to build something that still works
when things get busy and messy
If that sounds like you, you already know what needs to change

Stop rushing the process.

So they burn out.
Get injured.
Get frustrated.
Start again in a few months.
Fix the order:
Lean → Strong → Fit
Do that, and everything changes.

If you skip that step…
you just end up smaller, flatter, and tired.
Build the muscle first.
Then use hybrid training to bring it to life.
Too many people have holes in their bucket.
They skip the foundations
Then try to outwork years of bad habits.
It doesn’t work.
You don’t need more effort.
You need better structure.
Accept where you’re at.
Build from there.
Or you’ll burn out in a few weeks and lose interest…
like you always do.
It’s quicker than years of yoyo’ing and staying in the same place.
