This didn’t happen overnight. It took years of consistently working on my body, my mindset, my confidence and my lifestyle — one small decision at a time 💭

I truly believe the confidence I gained from fitness has allowed me to take risks and bet on myself each and every time - and now the life I used to dream about ha become the life I actually live 💕

Working on a Sunday from a hotel terrace in a different country - helping women feel incredible in their bodies and build their confidence to go and live the life they truly want.

This is what consistency does. It doesn’t change just your body, it changes absolutely everything.
