Join us for an unforgettable race week at the La Nucía Gran Fondo UCI World Series, where we’ll handle everything from the moment you land. Fly into Alicante, jump on our transfer, check into a stunning beachfront hotel and immerse yourself in a true pro-style race experience.

🚨WE ARE HIRING – RIDE LEADERS WANTED🚨

Do you love long days on the bike, riding in the sun and helping others get the most from their cycling experience?

We’re looking for motivated, reliable and experienced cyclists to join us on our European training camps.

Requirements / What we’re looking for:
• Flexible to spend a week in Europe at short notice
• Confident, highly experienced cyclist
• Comfortable riding with groups of mixed abilities
• Calm, professional, and safety-aware on the road
• Able to read routes & navigate (GPX / maps)
• A natural leader with strong communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and organised
• Able to work well within a team environment

Desirable (but not essential):
• Previous guiding / coaching / leadership experience
• Familiare with the Calpe riding area
• Mechanical knowledge / basic bike maintenance skills
• First aid training
• Multiple languages

📅 Dates: 21st – 28th February

🏨 Accommodation: Hotel Ifach ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – half board (breakfast & dinner included)

🚐 Transfers: We’ll arrange airport transfers to and from the hotel for all guests.

🚴‍♂️ Cycling: We’ll have 7 days of guided riding, with experienced ride leaders and groups suited to every fitness level. You’ll ride some of the best training roads in the world, often alongside professional riders, with regular coffee stops and plenty of sunshine!

🔧 Support: Full mechanical cover and support car on every ride. We can also assist with bike hire if needed.
