Here's why free workout and nutrition plans are basically useless!

Generic plans are like going to your doctor or physio and being randomly given a treatment option without even checking what your symptoms or problems are.

Including a full consultation, fully effective personalized planning could take 5 or 6 hours or even more in some complicated cases.

Personalized training, nutrition and lifestyle plans need to be calculated and synchronized together to ensure they produce the intended results.

The programming needs to be adapted multiple times per month to ensure progress and to account for any unexpected situations.

Just think about it, if free plans were in any way effective, hence valuable, why would a company just give them away for free?

True professionals never give out generic solutions to anyone without being extremely confident they would be the most effective solution for that person.

The reality is giving away free plans is just another marketing tool to gather your personal information so companies can legally promote their products and services to you directly.

These plans are not actually designed to help you and solve your problems; in fact they are probably just wasting your time.

What happens if you resistance train with no diet control?

Normally you will get some muscle mass increase but no change in body fat reduction.

I've seen this with many women who wanted to reduce body fat and tone their bodies but they didn't control their diet or they got an ineffective, generic diet plan.

Instead of reducing size they actually put on muscle mass and kept the same body fat which means they actually ended up looking bigger and more muscular; which is the complete opposite of what they initially wanted!

Acabamos fase 1 de la transformación del cliente: reducción de grasa corporal, fuerza y una recomposición corporal.

Ha sido posible ralentizar el progreso y conseguir un mejor resultado que el originalmente planeado.

Los objetivos principales hemos alcanzado antes de la fecha tope inícial.

I get the question all the time "how much do you charge per session"?

Almost always sessions alone will not get you the results you probably want.

You cannot compare a sessions only service to a results focused, holistic, highly personalised service which plans and controls all of your training, nutrition and lifestyle for specific results.

The monthly price you pay depends on your personal objectives, training and nutrition planning needed, location, specific workload, extra personalised needs and includes all of the administration and monitoring outside of the sessions.

If your objectives change and you need a significant program overhaul that needs significant work, time, skills and research also.

This is the same with any other business.

No business or professional works for free when their clients demand more and clients don't decide what they want to pay.

Another successful transformation in just over 3 months and just in time for summer!

Another big misconception is that more physical activity is better and more calorie burn equals more weight loss; therefore better.

Theoretically more calorie burn could potentially create a larger calorie deficit but unless your diet is controlled what your body will do is consume more calories to compensate for the extra physical activity and you won't lose body weight at all.

So up to a certain point, yes more physical activity is better but an excessive amount of physical activity is also not good and it's not necessary, and it can lead to burnout.

What is most important is the balance between calorie intake and calorie expenditure.

That will determine if and how much of a calorie deficit you are in and that will produce the body weight change or body fat reduction which you're looking for.
