Do you drink enough water?

Staying hydrated increases energy, improves movement, recovery and agility, thermoregulation, and aids in mental clarity and activity – all of which can enhance physical performance and reduce the risk of injuries, among other benefits.

Don’t drink too much water after 8 pm; otherwise, you’ll be peeing all night 😂.

The L handstand is something I have been working on. Now I can say I’m able to hold this position for a second (enough to capture on a pic)😂

Don’t try to chase for an appearance goal all the time; otherwise you can get frustrated. Set different goals like performance, strength and techniques and this journey will be more enjoyable.💛
