It was a great honor meeting and being coached by one of the most important coaches of strength in the world, Néstor Serra. A man I dreamt to be his student many years ago. I Couldn't be more grateful to him for accepting me in his gym 'LUDUS' in Barcelona, and leading me to enhance the fundamental drills of the Hard-Style Kettlebell. Thank you Néstor and till next time 💪.
