Body Intelligence Workshop with Sade Mamedova

This workshop is divided into two parts!

In the first part, Sade focuses on strength, flexibility, and mobility through dynamic floorwork and handstand practices. Participants will incorporate breathing techniques in a playful atmosphere, allowing everyone to work at their own pace while challenging their limits. You’ll gain valuable tools to prevent injuries, expand your movement range, and enhance body awareness.

The second part dives into improvisation, encouraging participants to explore movement in an open and free manner. Here, you’ll learn to embrace the unknown, fostering creativity and adaptability in your physical expression.
