Video 1: Short interval training. Mastering intensity zones is essential to control your pace and maintain clean technique.

Video 2: A classic drill that requires patience – the catch-up drill. Learning to swim slowly and in balance helps bring flow and ease into your stroke.

Well done, girls – and see you soon for new aquatic adventures!

A race date makes training real.

Monte Cristo (Marseille), Marnaton (Spain), EDF Aqua Challenge, Italian Open Water Tour, the Serpentine lake in London, and the lakes of Annecy or Geneva —

These events keep your motivation alive and give your training real direction.

We’ll be in Ischia on October 4–5, 2025, for the Neptune Crossing. 🌊🔱

In the photo: your coach Ludo (right) with his former coach Fred (left), the man who first introduced him to competitive swimming.

Fred now occasionally joins as an honorary team member — observing the journey, exchanging pedagogical insights, and helping sharpen the method and refining the method through highly controversial debates :
two-beat or three-beat kick? Goggles before or after the swim cap?

Because openness is the foundation of real coaching.

There is no old school or new school — only good or bad school.
