Get ready to feel the speed, precision, and pressure of racing, right here on .
We’re excited to announce that the (TAC) AC40 simulator will be at 2025.
For our Australian team, and many others, their first taste of what to expect for the Youth or Women's America’s Cup is through this exact simulator.
“Performance comes down to teamwork, racing skills, boat efficiency skills, communication, basically putting it all together, which we can continually work on in the SIM. So, you know, when it comes to pressure or results, we're really just looking to just increase our outcomes step by step. Every lap we do, we're trying to increase our performance and really try to get the most out of it,” said inaugural TAC Women’s AC skipper Olivia Price.

"For us it was another race day as much as it was a huge and momentous occasion. We've had some really nice moments over the last week or two to be able to savour those firsts in the Puig Women's America's Cup. But now it's about racing and, to be honest, it was the most fun I've ever had sailing as much as it was stressful and chaotic and really tight. That's what I love," said Andoo Team Australia skipper Olivia Price.
We are sitting in third position, just above the cut off for the semi-final. We have four more races tomorrow, and our results will decide whether we progress.
"It was insane to be able to race today with some really awesome women on our team, and also the rest of the field is obviously stacked with medallists and world champion sailors. So, you know, if we get the opportunity to continue racing past tomorrow, we'll take it," she exclaimed.
🥊🦘Thank you for the support for day one of racing in the Puig Women's America's Cup from near and far, it was EPIC - see you on day two!
🏁 The racing broadcast will kick off from 1400 CEST, or 2300 AEDT. Head to www.americascup.com/how-to-watch to see how you can watch wherever you may be (in Australia head to FOX Sports Australia or Kayo!).

Second in the last race of the day to finish in third after four races with a 3, 1, 6, 2 and 23 points 🇦🇺
“We didn’t really know what was going to happen because we haven’t done much sailing. To put it all together from a computer game to real life! It’s much more fun ripping around on the race course - even though there’s a little bit at stake in the patchy breeze,” said trimmer Lisa Darmanin.
We race again tomorrow and must finish in the top three to progress to the semi-final 💪🏻
Let’s go Aussies 🥊🦘
