In July I’m taking part in a Tough Mudder event at Belvoir Castle to raise money for MIND.
After losing a close friend to su***de in November, it has opened my eyes to the amount of people suffering with mental health problems. I hope that by raising money for MIND, I can do my part & help make someone’s life that little bit better.

We return on Monday 8th January 2024, 7PM-8PM. We only have 9 spaces remaining available for our first class of the year!

Prices
Our price per class will be increasing from £5 to £6. Since we launched Boxing for Fitness 7 years ago, we’ve had just one 50p price increase. As we know, everything goes up at some point and now is the time for Boxing for Fitness!

Bring a buddy
Bring a friend (or as many as you like) in January, and you both come FREE. This is for the whole of January! (Free session for you to be used on the session with your friend, cannot be transferred, nor used in conjunction with loyalty card. Your friend must have not attended before). Please message the group if this will apply to you as you won’t make a payment for that week.
