New class in March 🐲
Mondays, 19:30pm CET Dragon Flow
Classes will be presidential and Online.
The Dragon Flow is a Yoga flow based on Martial arts movements 🐉
It’s fun, it’s a bit different and it’s energetic.
Find the Warrior in you!
It’s an all level flow, everyone can join in.
It would be beneficial yet not necessary to do all five weeks of it as the flow will buildup throughout the month.
See you on the mat 🐲
✨✨✨

Day Three

and Mama

Let’s hope this video stays online....🤞🤞🤞

Today’s prompt:

Can you forgive someone else for doing the best they can? Do you extend that same forgiveness to yourself?

I have absolutely no problem forgiving someone for doing the best they can. Including myself.
However I have a bit of an issue forgiving the tough stuff.
I’m a very tolerant person in general who lives and lets live. But....
If you actually manage to cross me I’m finding it very hard to forgive or forget and not hold a grudge.
For my own sake and sanity I wish it would be easier but it’s not.
And I also find it hard to change or work on it. How do you actually work on forgiveness??? I can tell myself a million times but my Brain and my Heart say 😝😝😝

Day Two

3rd time’s the charm?
Uploading Galore...

Today’s prompt:
Can you see those things you wish were different in yourself without judging yourself for where you’re at?

There’s tons of things that I wish were different and personally I think that’s already a judgment. You wish it were different because you don’t think it’s positive or beneficial.
And I think that’s alright.
We say this phrase sometimes too loosely. “No judgement”
But judgement is human, it’s essential even. For survival but also for our character.
It depends how we process our judgment and how we act on it.
And a little self criticism ain’t harm anyone.
Change also only comes after a constructive criticism.
But be gentle with yourself and don’t forget to love you through your judgement or even because of it.
