This indoor clinic will offer younger athletes exposure to the FUNdamentals of field hockey.
“GO” balls will be used, which are larger and softer than the regular field hockey ball. The clinic will begin with stretching along with a warm up game, proceed to a short skill drill, and end with small games.
Balls and sticks will be provided, but players will need shin guards, mouth guards, and water. Space is limited to 40 players.
