No one actually wants you to sacrifice your well-being and your happiness for them. So don’t even think about doing it to “be a good person”.

The best way to help those who are struggling is to not be one yourself.

When you take care of you, you teach other people they are allowed to do the same 🥹

Shame, guilt, blame… are completely useless and detrimental to living in alignment.

They are also the antithesis of self-responsibility. They are the opposite of being accountable for our actions.

“I’m so horrible, therefore I can’t…”

The good news is, just like all states, these are optional too.

Any time shame, guilt, or self blame creep in, I simply decide to OPT OUT.

You can choose today to start opting out of shame and learning unconditional self love and self responsibility instead.

It really is that simple 💖

I only make “logical” decisions if it’s not important.

Thinking so-called “logically” means I have to have justifications for doing something, which is the antithesis of listening to guidance / intuition / inner knowing/ alignment/etc.

When you make ALIGNED decisions from intuition, you’ll always be happier and more fulfilled.
You may not have the outcome you thought you wanted (from your ego), but it will always be the path you were meant to take.

There is no wrong or right way to live a life, but Personally, I’d much rather make decisions based on my intuition than based on justifications.

I don’t stay with my partner because I’ve already been with him for x amount of years. That’s not why. So why would I choose anything else in my life that way?

Some things are more important than others.

There are many, many people out there with numerous “credentials” who are ruining lives, inflicting unspeakable harm, and spreading misinformation, etc. the list goes on.

And there are many, many people out there who have so much to give, so much ability to help people purely from their own lived experience and empathy, who are afraid to do so because they don’t have “credentials”.

Don’t be either one.

➡️Also, needing degrees, credentials, another course, another certification, more experience, etc is just another way of delaying your being out there helping people. It’s really just your fear. If you can help one person with everything you already have, you are ready to put yourself out there and charge for it.⬅️
