Mentre estem tancats per l'estiu, no hem descançat. Grans noticies son, què el sensei té un cinturò nou amb bandera d'argentina dels seminaris internacionals en aquell país fabulòs, i també vam guanyar l'aposta per accullir l'esdeveniment la propera vegada a 2029! Es un gran honor rebre la confiança, i no podem esperar fer ho una experiençia meravellosa per tothom! Hi haurà
- seminaris interessants de instructors experimentats, aprofundiment el curriculum, i moltes coses mès fora del entrenament de día a día,
- examens
- pròves i mostres de habilitats
- i moltes activitats socials fora de tatami

While we are currently closed for summer, we haven't been relaxing.
Great news items are that, not only has our sensei updated his belt with the argentinian flag from the international seminars in this fabulous country, but we also won the bid to host this prestigous event the next time in 2029!

It's a great honour to receive the confidence of the committee, and we can't wait to make this a marvellous experience for everyone!

There will be
• seminars from seasoned international instructors
• gradings
• trials and shows of skill and ability
• and of course lots of social bits off the tatami.

Poc temps per fotos de acció. Entrenem dur per graduacions i mès, però mai oblidem celebrar l'equip! Teniem la gran Maja aqui per un any, ha sigut un plaer veure el teu desenvolupament, i has donat inspiració a altres estudiants!
Mai es deixa Barcelona sencerament. Com mostra Gianluca que ha tornat a visitar de Suissa!
I tenim alguna gent nova, com Carlos, Germán, i altres. Molt feliç de entrenar amb aquest grupazo!

Little time for action shots recently. We're training hard for gradings and more, but we shalln't forget to celerate the team! We had the great Maja training with us for a year. it was a real pleasure to see your development, you gave inspiration to other students!
One never leaves Barcelona completely though. Like Gianluca who came back to visit from Switzerland!
And we have some new folk, like Carlos, Germán, and others. Super happy to train with this awesome bunch!

Better late than never - we went to Vienna for an unofficial EU region BBaD. Thanks for attacking with passion. It was hard and a lot of fun!
And Vienna as a city never disaapoints, even less with friends!

Hem tingut el plaer de rebre visita de Suraj Soren sensei, 3er dan. Una sessió amb consell i exercisi pràctic, i a vegada focusada a l'aiki de l'art. Inspiracional a sobre del tatami i fora! Tambè merci per venir Carys!

We had the absolute pleasure to welcome Suraj Soren, 3rd dan on the mat, and Carys. A great session full of useful input, while also focusing on the aiki of our art. Inspirational on and off the tatami. Amazing to see you and Carys!

Un altre cap de setmana de molta diversió i èxit!
3 medalles a la competició randori en UK, amb entreno i feedback productiu, i reconnectar amb la comunidat maravellosa que ès Shorinji-Kan Jiu Jitsu!
Falta a l'imatge que tambè ha aconseguit una posició al podi, pero havia de marxar.
Sensei orgollòs i feliç, no podem esperar tornar a veure tothom aviat!

Ès correcte, ni una guerra pot parar Jonathan de venir a entrenar!deslrès de varios vols cancelat de Taiwan, per fi ha pogut volar aquest mati per Dubai, sentint la guerra en directe, i ha apparegut al entrenar a la nit. 💪 Feliç tenir-te a casa altre vegada!

Sorry for radiosilence, happy new year! We started with vigor a week ago. Randori competitions are coming up, and few things are more fun than throw progressions, drills and combat!

S'acaba i comença una nova etapa! Desprès de la la competivió i seminarí britanic, hem tingut una visita de Steve Donaghy sensei mateix, una font de sabitut, consell productiu, i generalment d'un character de que mai ens cansem.
Amb un esforç dur de varies hores han sensenyat uns 8 jitsuka que volen i mareixen un kyu mes alt. No va ser façil, pero llarg i tecnic. Enhorabona a tots els cinturons nous, especialment els primers verds de shorinji-kan espanya!
Orgullòs de vosaltres i amb ganes de veure mès de vosaltres!

A new era ends and begins. After fhe competition and national seminar, this weekend, we had Stsve Donaghy himself visiting, a soure of wisdow, productive advice and generally of a character we will never get tired of!
With an effort of various hours, 8 jitsuka showed that they wanted and really deserved a kyu update. It wasn't easy, but long and technical. Congratulations to all the new belts, especiapy the first greens of shorinji-kan Spain!

Ni hem tingut temps de digirir la competicio d'atemis encara, i directament seguim amb prova pel examen de cinturons dissabte! Queda feina, pero tots candidats han ensenyat molt bon esforç avui! 🙏🏻

We barely had time to digest the atemi nationals, and directly into the pregrading for the belt grading on Saturday. Still lots to refine, but all contenders have shows great efforts today! 🙏🏻
