IRON TWINS

We are identical twins, Paola and Pamela Del Hierro known as the “Iron Twins”. Our love for the sport grew so strong that we decided to make it a lifestyle.

👯‍♀️ Paola & Pamela | Twin Sisters | Moms | Lifelong Athletes
💪 Helping Women 40+ Build Strength for Every Chapter of Life
🎙️ Fitness * Midlife * Hormones * Honest Conversation
♥️ Building a community where women become stronger - body, mind & life. Peruvian born, raised in Canada our last name is Spanish and translates to “of Iron”. More than strong in name alone, we are fierce competitors who thrive on challenging ourselves and each other. Our tenacity and thirst for adventure led us to experience our first Spartan Obstacle Course Race (OCR) in 2013, where we were instantly hooked. We are currently coaches at the first ever Spartan Gym in Miami Florida, and host our own Beach Training. Our mission is to share our passion for fitness and help motivate and inspire others to push themselves to defeat their greatest adversary: themselves. As one man sharpens another, we truly believe that together we are STRONGER.

Life is crazy. Sometimes you make plans, and they still don’t work out.😝

Our birthday. Different countries. 🥺👯‍♀️❤️

25 years later, we still remember exactly where we were when the world changed forever.

Our hearts go out to every person and family whose lives were forever changed that day. ❤️🇺🇸

We will never forget.

Almost 49 and one thing hasn’t changed…

Strength will always be beautiful to us. 🖤

Not just physical strength — ALL of it.💫

What does beauty mean to YOU? ↓

September = our birthday month 🎂👯‍♀️
49 is loading… and we have thoughts. 😂❤️

Can anyone relate? Or am I just going crazy! 🤷‍♀️🤣

We’re not starting over.
We’re starting from experience. 🔥

Two years apart. A lot of life lived. And now… we’re ready for what’s next.

Apparently everything is kinda chic now… so we had to make it twin. 👯‍♀️

Same DNA. Different journeys. Almost 49 years of growing, changing, starting over, becoming mothers, finding our own strength and finding our way back to each other.

Turns out, getting older can look a lot like becoming more of who you were always meant to be. ❤️

And some things really are stronger together.
