Understanding ADHD and Autism: There's More to the Story Than You Might Think
ADHD isn't simply about being distracted or hyperactive. And autism isn't defined by one particular way of communicating or behaving.
Both can influence how someone experiences the world, processes information, manages everyday demands and interacts with others.
For some people, these differences are recognised in childhood. For others, they may go unnoticed for decades.
You might recognise certain patterns in yourself, your child or someone close to you.
But here's something important: you don't need a diagnosis to begin exploring support.
As part of ADHD Awareness Month, we're hosting a free online conversation with therapist and coach Serena Parisi.
Understanding ADHD, Autism and Neurodivergence
▪️Thursday, 29 October | 7:00 pm (Barcelona time)
▪️Free online event + Q&A
We'll explore what neurodivergence means, how ADHD and autism can present differently, when assessment might be helpful and what support is available.
After the event, participants will receive our ADHD & Autism Assessment & Diagnosis Guide, with information to help them explore assessment pathways and next steps.
