Society really did an impressive job messing up the word diet'... 😮💨 👇🏻
Somewhere along the way this happened:
Eating ultra-processed junk every day → “normal.”
Eating real food → “dieting.”
Caring about nutrition → “obsessive.”
Perfect system.. not!!
..& the confusion keeps going!
In consultations I still hear the same questions: Should I drink my protein shake before or after training?
What should I eat after a workout? Protein shake or better meat?
Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
A protein shake is just protein.
It’s called protein supplementation.
You don’t ask when you should eat chicken.
You eat protein because your body needs protein.
This is just an example how one macronutrient is still being confused.
Nutrition isn’t perfection.
It’s consistency, flexibility & lifestyle.
It should be sustainable in our day to day life & not copied & pasted from Instagram influencer' - you know nothing about expect a good selfie..
Real food most of the time.
Not once a week.
Not when motivation shows up.
..& not only when someone's watching!
Just… consistently.
I was also getting comments from those who "cared":
Oh so you don’t eat that, right? - the same person would complain to me literally few minutes "I need to loose my belly fat" - right after they finished some highly processed meal, another day in a row... & experiencing energy crash' regularly...'
I don't think this needs more comments.. ☝🏼
So tell me: what still confuses you about your
nutrition & your habits?
Maybe you don't even like those habits anymore & you've been on autopilot??
Let's clarify this! 📩⏳️
