A ceremony is usually associate with something big, special, mystical, loud.
It can also be quite, something personal.
The October full moon is about drawing inwards. Time for reflection and to release and let go of what is not serving us anymore.
has led us though a practice, a guided mediation and free writing. Win guided a meditation journey, asking us to visualise a boat and an animal in that boat that is guiding us to a temple. I have had a white, fluffy rabbit coming up for me. And I wasn’t the only one who saw a white rabbit. Crazy, isn’t it?
