As one of our Social Media Managers, she plays an important role in how we communicate across our platforms and connect with our community. Always ready to help any team who needs it and share ideas from a creative point of view.

Outside of work, Judith loves to travel, even solo. ✈️ In her free time, you’ll probably find her playing football with friends or singing. ⚽️🎵 A Barça fan since she was a kid and a big music lover, she’s always up for a good concert or festival.

Just 2 weeks ago, we wrapped up the 5th edition of the FRM World Challenge. 🌍🏆

An event brought to life by Kaptiva Sports, gathering 800+ young players from 19 countries, across 84 teams, and delivering more than 300 matches in just four days. 🔥

The tournament was officially opened by Roberto Carlos, adding a special moment to an already unforgettable experience. 🤩

As the organizing partner, we’re proud to have powered an event like this once again. From planning to ex*****on, our team focused on creating a seamless experience for over 2,000 attendees, in collaboration with La Fundación Real Madrid.

He stands out for his optimism, sense of humor, and constant willingness to help others. A true football lover, Marcos has also coached at youth level, including time in the academy of his beloved Real Valladolid, proudly representing Pucela wherever he goes.

Our team has coordinated all on-site operations, matchday management, and the many other elements that make this international event run smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants while demonstrating Kaptiva Sports’ expertise in delivering high-level sporting programs. 💜

If there’s one word that defines Alex, it’s structure. He is a highly organized and didactic coach who focuses on teaching the game with clarity and purpose. With extensive experience coaching youth football teams, Alex brings a clear and organized approach to player development. His coaching philosophy is built around associative football, prioritizing teamwork and collective understanding on the pitch.

He’s versatile. You can find him coaching on the field or working on video analysis, always with the mindset of helping our players and teams improve. Beyond football, Alex is committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, loves music, and enjoys going to concerts whenever he can. His discipline, mindset, and dedication to the game are just a few of the reasons why he’s such a valued part of the Kaptiva Sports family. 💜⚽
