Homemade dessert 🤤💕
Taro Ball was invented in 1946 in Taiwan, and it has been the most popular Taiwan dessert since then! I love taro ball and they have variations using sweet potato 🍠 and it is easily for me to buy the ingredients in the UK 😍 so I mixed steamed sweet potato with tapioca flour (to give the chewiness) and stevia (sweetener)! The roll the dough and form little balls - boil it for 5 mins and served with Thai green milk tea 😊😊 yummm!!!

Travel hack 💕
- sometimes traveling can be hectic, cause there are so many delicious yummy restaurants/cafe you wanna try... also, it can be expensive as well to eat out all the time!
-my tips are go to the local supermarket/market to get some vegetables, fruits and local delicacies (i.e ham) to have one eat at airbnb/hotel
Because it’s oftentimes cheap, and you can ensure you are hitting your even you are traveling 😎

Friday Night Lazy Stir-Fry 🤤💕
After a week of vegetarian meals, I want shrimp! So I make a Chinese-ish style stir fry:) I used several cloves of garlic, broccoli, kimchi, leek, sweet potato (frozen) and shrimp (frozen). ( Basically whatever I’ve got in my fridge/freezer lol) I stirred fry it for a few minutes and drizzled some low sodium soy sauce and sesame oil. And sriracha sauce on top 💯💯 I also used microwave to cook my liquid egg whites ( this is the best way to cook it, no need to add oil and wash the pan haha) drizzled with some no added sugar ketchup 💪🏼 💥 Boom! Dinner finished in 15 mins 🥰

Post Workout Dinner ❤️🥳
(10 mins Quick Dinner - the reason I love frozen foods because it saves time and 💰 Plus delicious!) -
Actually I was a little bit hungry before my leg workout 😹 but I still managed to finishe my 🍑 workout without eating anything (cause I wanna eat a big meal afterward) -
I used a Pad Thai sauce I got from And OMG it tastes good 😆 I used quinoa noodles as my base, stir-fried with frozen mixed vegetables and Shrimp from 🤤 So Nice 🥳

Dessert: 0%fat Greek Yogurt with defrosted frozen blueberries and pomegranate (yes you can get frozen pomegranate 😹)
