We’re happy to introduce Borislava, one of our players at SBC.
“I’m from Bulgaria. I study Event Management and work at a software company for hotels.
I wanted to start a racket sport, and when I found out there was squash right by the beach, it felt like the perfect match.
What I love most about SBC is how cheerful and positive the people are. And my favorite part of training is when we start playing games and the intensity gets so high that my whole face is covered in sweat and I can barely see anymore.
If you’re looking for that summer body without forcing yourself through boring workouts, squash might be exactly what you need.”

We’re launching a new format — SQUASH EXPRESS TORNEO ⚡️
It’s somewhere between an Americana and a tournament — we’ll play 2 players per court like in a tournament, but with shorter matches so we can fit everything into 3 hours.
We’ll play a 16-player draw, all matches best of 3, and everyone keeps playing (no early knockouts). All levels are welcome — we’ll adapt the level on the spot.

We’re preparing prizes from new partners. And after the tournament, we’ll head to the bar for something cold.

Club Hours are where practice turns into real play.
This isn’t a coached session in the usual sense — it’s a chance to get on court, play with others, and work on the things you’ve been learning in training. To try, repeat, adjust, and slowly make it all feel more natural in game situations.
Our coaches are still there, watching and ready to give a tip if needed, but the format is lighter and more focused on practice, rhythm, and experience. A great way to play more, build confidence, and see your progress in action.

if the session says Rocafort, it takes place at Rocafort.
If no location is mentioned, the session takes place at Club Natació Barcelona.
A quick note about Rocafort: payment is made directly to the club, either through their platform or at the reception. After you book, we’ll send you the payment link.
