How to identify your Anxious behaviors?

-You are constantly finding ways to keep yourself distracted, through your own suffering or unconscious digital surfing.

- You are constantly blaming your emotional blockages on an external factor or person

-You are making non-valid excuses

-You are constantly in a defensive state of mind, meaning you always have the urge to defend yourself/ego.

-You are feeling bad for yourself, most of the time

-You can't reach proper states of flow and being

- You are not taking any kind of responsibility for your own emotions.

Recognizing and bringing into your awareness your behaviors is the first step to eradicating anxiety and doubt from your daily life.

All these behaviors seem so familiar to me and learning how to recognize and acknowledge them and move beyond them is the first step to getting closer and closer to your goals and life purpose.
