Marat Valeev is one of the pioneers of Cutting Shapes in Russia and one of the most influential figures in the Eastern European shuffle scene. Since beginning his journey in 2015, he has played a key role in introducing, developing, and passing on the culture to a new generation of dancers across Russia.

As the founder of Shuffle Circle, Shuffle Dance Ufa, and Moscow Shuffle, Marat has built some of the most important communities and schools in the region. His impact extends far beyond competition, helping shape the growth of shuffle culture through education, events, and mentorship.

A respected international judge, Marat judged the 2023 Shuffle Showcase World Championships and has taught workshops throughout Russia and neighboring countries. Alongside his teammate Fast1k, he also became a three-time Russian 2vs2 Champion, earning recognition for his technical precision and distinctive style.

Known for his deep knowledge, dedication, and passion for developing future generations of dancers, Marat continues to be one of the most respected ambassadors of Cutting Shapes worldwide.

NEW INSTRUCTOR 📍

Anderson Jovani is one of the most respected Cutting Shapes dancers in Europe. Based in Barcelona, Spain, he has dedicated more than 10 years to the culture, combining high-level competition with a passion for teaching and community building.

Throughout his journey, Anderson has visited 26 dance communities and taught workshops in 11 countries, inspiring dancers around the world with his technique, creativity, and positive approach to learning. His competitive achievements include TSL 2025 Top 2, Top 4 at All Shuffle Russia, and Top 3 at Shuffle Warriors Peru (2vs2). He has also been invited to perform at festivals such as Holika Festival and SoundVault Finland.

Beyond competitions, Anderson believes the best classes are built around people. His teaching focuses on creating a welcoming environment where dancers can enjoy the process, build confidence, and develop their own unique style, no matter their experience level.

Based in South Korea, Torch Lee is an internationally respected House Dance artist, teacher, and choreographer with over 10 years of experience in the dance world.

Known for his exceptional musicality, groove, and deep understanding of house culture, Torch has built an impressive competitive career, including winning Cercle Underground 2025, Juste Debout Korea 2024, and numerous major battles across Korea.

Beyond competitions, he has taught workshops around the world in countries including Japan, China, Taiwan, France, Russia, Indonesia, and Switzerland, sharing his knowledge with dancers across multiple generations and styles.

Torch is also a K-pop company trainer, choreographer, and university instructor, bringing a unique combination of underground dance culture and professional industry experience.

Rukonee began dancing at the end of 2018 and quickly became one of the most passionate rising names in the Shuffle and Cutting Shapes scene.

By 2019, he was already competing at events and reaching finals in every competition he entered, including earning a 1st place finish early in his journey. After quarantine, he returned even stronger, gaining recognition for his unique style, musicality, and dedication to the culture.

Through teaching across Europe and online with platforms like Shuffle Academy, Rukonee has inspired dancers worldwide with his creativity and signature flow. In 2026, he achieved a huge milestone by winning TSL — the same event he used to watch on YouTube when he first started dancing.

Now, his goal is to continue sharing his knowledge and helping push the culture forward.

NEW INSTRUCTOR 📍

Johanna, also known as JKarjus, is a shuffle & cutting shapes dancer, teacher, and founder of Spirit Studio in Tallinn, Estonia — one of the country’s fastest-growing dance communities.

She began her dance journey in Amsterdam in 2019 after discovering shuffling through a friend, and only a year later started teaching and sharing her passion with others. By 2021, she was already teaching weekly classes in Amsterdam before returning to Estonia to help grow the local scene.

Since founding Spirit Studio in 2023, Johanna has taught hundreds of students and become an active figure in the European shuffle community as a teacher, competitor, organizer, and judge at events across Europe.

Known for blending shuffle, cutting shapes, and other dance influences into her own creative flow, Johanna brings musicality, expression, and authenticity into every class. For her, shuffling is more than dance — it’s a way to connect, express, and feel free.
