Hace algunos meses, Nele y Anand, los fundadores, se pusieron en contacto con nosotros ofreciendo la disponibilidad de incluir algunos de nuestros amigos y amigas en su hermoso grupo de deporte, que promueve la multiculturalidad, la amistad y el bienestar.

UDH's first mixed football team โฝ๐ฅ
A tournament organized by CeleBreak - a day with good vibes, great competition, fair play and a super international environment.
This day new friends were made and the old friendships were maintained.
Our UDH team participated and did super well. After winning all the games in the group stage and quarter finals, we got defeated in semi finals on penalties.
4th place for first time playing together - NOT BAD AT ALL ๐ค
We had an amazing experience and loads of fun. Thanks to our UDH team, the football community and CeleBreak for organizing it. See you all at the next tournament ๐

14 kilometres of running on the trails completed with the best crew ๐
Around 9AM on a Saturday morning, we left Plaza Catalunya and took the train to Sant Cugat. When we left the station, we started with a 1,5 kilometers warming up run. And before hitting the trails we did some good post-stretching.
The first 6 kilometers were pretty tough! The trails were mostly uphill, quite steep, and hard to run on. But we were all so eager to reach that top and we don't mind a little hustle and challenge to get there... And it was all worth it! The view after those 6 hard kilometers was just stunning (check out the pictures)! So right at the moment when we reached the top, all the elevation we gained, the sweat we lost, cramps we got, and complaints were forgotten and forgiven... Right? ๐คฉ
After a little break at the viewpoint, we continued our run and we were going mostly downhill! On our way, we passed by a fountain, where we had a refreshing water break ๐ฆ before heading back to Sant Cugat. We reached Sant Cugat, and after some good post-stretching, we celebrated our victory with a nice cold drink and good lunch!
Amazing and challenging trails with beautiful views! And with this super-strong team of champions running next, in front of, or behind you, to support and motivated you throughout the run; it just makes your trail run complete.
Last but not least, for joining this trail run another 12 trees will be planted with your nametag on it, on the places where they are needed the most ๐ณ๐

It is important to hustle to get where we want to be because as Master Shifu (Kung Fu Panda) says: โIf you only do what you can do, youโll never be more than you are nowโ. ๐ก There is no secret ingredient to success in fitness, but we are here for you to support and motivate you through this journey and help where necessary. But remember, one step at a time; a winner is not built in a day!
We believe that we are all students when it comes to fitness. No one knows it all.

Our dear Peruvian friend has been in our community since the birth of Underdogs Hustle.
We are all super proud of him for being there (almost) every workout and challenging himself every time.
He takes the 'go the extra mile' mentality very serious and proves that during the UDH workouts, and especially during the runs we do all together. He ran his first 10KM and first 15KM trail run with UDH. He is just not giving up and he loves the challenge! Oshiro, you are an amazing person, a great football player, and a huge Liverpool FC fan who loves to eat patatas bravas ๐ We are super grateful to have you in our community!
