Elite x McLaren Talent Pathway - delivering success on and off track 🏃🏼🏆

McKenzy Cresswell, Charlie Hart, Yani Stevenheydens and Fred Green all attended attended MSi, the MotorSport institute in Madrid, earlier last week, as part of our Elite McLaren Driver Talent Pathway. They were tested on fitness and given advice on different aspects of driver performance.

At the weekend, all drove in the Elite team in a McLaren Artura GT4. McKenzy and Charlie won both races and now lead the GT4 European Championship. Yani qualified in 2nd for race one of the weekend, taking the lead during the opening laps and putting from the lead at the end of his stint.

Fred goes into the final race weekend in the GB4 Championship this weekend 2nd, with all focus on the title.

Double winners in Zandvoort! 🥇

Superb drives from McKenzy Cresswell and Charlie Hart whose double win this weekend now sees them in the championship lead. McKenzy got away well, holding second up to the pit stop applying pressure to the leader. Charlie was all on attack at the start of his stint, attempting move after move before gaining the lead and stretching it to over 10 seconds. 👏

Henry Joslyn and Ravi Ramyead were in strife on lap one, the former having to pit to fix damage and which put them off the lead lap. Henry and Yani battled back from 34th to 28th at the flag.

Ravi climbed back up the order during his stint before being tagged into a spin at turn one. He handed over to Charlie Robertson who was a man on the move, catching the Pro-Am podium battle just too late to climb into the rostrum.

Winners and double podium in race one in Zandvoort 🥇🥉🥈

Yani and Charlie H jumped into P1 and P2 after an early safety car whilst Charlie R started his moves through the pack. Holding the first two positions after the pit stops Henry held the the lead from McKenzy to the flag, but had a 10s penalty for speeding in the pit lane which dropped them to 3rd, but still joining their team mates on the podium.

Ravi put in a great performance to climb the order and take 2nd Pro-Am, finishing 15th overall! 🥇

It's Race Week for the penultimate round of

We go into the weekend sitting 3rd in the standings, with the gap at the top seperated by only a few points. A strong weekend here will give us a real shot heading into the Portimão finale.

P2 at Hockenheim on our second outing with this season 🏆 🥈

It wasn't easy, but the team gave us a brilliant car, and it all came together to secure a result the whole team can be proud of. Hopefully more to come in GT3 before the year is out!

Strong day here at Hockenheim 💪 🇩🇪

Chaotic first few laps, but we kept our nose clean and got our heads down. The pace was there all race and we fought hard from lights to flag.

Alejandro jumps in for qualifying tomorrow. One more crack at it, and a podium is well within reach 🤞
