How I Changed My Barcelona Lifestyle into an Alcohol-Free, Healthy Life
Living in Barcelona means sunshine, sea, and a lot of social moments that often come with a drink. I enjoyed that for years, until I realised how alcohol was affecting my health, my hormones, and my energy.
Three years ago I decided to stop drinking completely. What started as a small change became one of the best decisions I’ve made for my wellbeing. I sleep better, think clearer, and still enjoy my vibrant Barcelona life, just alcohol-free.
