I work with women who feel overwhelmed, stiff or disconnected from their bodies.
My goal is simple: to help you feel better.
Better in your body, and calmer in your mind.
This is personal.
Everything is adapted to you your body, your pace, your energy.
Over 8 weeks, I’ll guide you to:
✨ Build strength physically and mentally
✨ Move with more ease and less tension
✨ Slow your mind through your breath
✨ Create a routine that actually works for you
You don’t need experience or flexibility.
You just need to be ready to show up for yourself.
This is a commitment, but you won’t be doing it alone.

Feedback 🧘♀️🌱
What I love most about teaching isn’t helping people touch their toes or master a pose.
It’s helping people feel better.
When I work with someone privately, I take the time to understand what they need. Maybe it’s reducing anxiety. Maybe it’s managing stress. Maybe it’s building confidence, strength or simply learning how to slow down.
I use yoga, breathwork, meditation and nervous system regulation to give people tools they can actually use in everyday life.
Because at the end of the day, most of us aren’t looking for the perfect pose.
We’re looking to feel calmer, happier and more at home in ourselves.
And that’s the work I love doing.

The weather’s finally warming up and it’s such a nice time to be outside.
Bring your beach towel, your swimming stuff, and come join us by the sea. We’ll jump in the water after class, grab a coffee, have a chat, and enjoy some time together.

Another year around the sun 💃🥳
Honestly, life is feeling pretty rich in a lot of ways. Good people, great experiences, lots of laughter and plenty of moments that remind me how lucky I am.
Feeling really grateful for where I am right now and for all the people who are part of my life 🙌🥰
Thanks for all the birthday wishes, messages and for celebrating with me 💃 I’m officially done celebrating, I need normality for a bit 😅
