Making vegan food can be a challenge when you first start as there is no eggs, milk etc.

But once you learn how to make your favourite food it start to become fun, and tasting new flavours can be fun also.

There are different ways to make mango juice, this is one of the simplest way's to make the mango juice.

I will be uploading more often now too and ideas on different fruit and vegatables, and show some different dishes you may not of thought of.

I find a lot of people can make these types of juices but become lazy, as you can buy juice anywhere, and being lazy and buying instead of making your own could be a big disaster in the long run. Getting addicted or even using sugar should be a no no. I find making the mango juice with the spring water also can help you intake more water then usual.
